A: We offer samples up to 500g for free. To receive one, please provide your DHL account for freight collection, or cover the courier costs upfront. These costs will be refunded upon placement of a bulk order.

A: Typically, orders are ready to be shipped approximately two weeks after receipt of the prepayment or Letter of Credit (L/C). However, this timeframe may vary by up to one week earlier or later, depending on production schedules.
