Application field

Glycerin is an important organic chemical raw material, which is widely used in many sectors of the national economy. It is an excellent hygroscopic agent, antifreeze agent, lubricant, solvent and co-solvent, and is an important raw material for the production of polyester and medicine.

In the food industry, it can be used as a water retention agent (for bread, cake), carrier solvent (in the tobacco industry, ceramic industry, leather industry, wood industry and photography are also widely used. It is also used as fuel for automobiles and aircraft and as an antifreeze in oil fields
